First cabin version of the Boeing 757-200 (752) V2 Intl
The first version of United Airlines is used during international flights. This three-class airplane has 169 seats.
Business First class has 4 rows of seats per 4 in each. All these flat bed seats have 180 degrees decline. Proximity of the galleys may be bothersome for passengers of the seats 1A and 1B.
45 seats are located in Economy Plus class.
All C and D seats in this class and in economy class may have restricted legroom and under seat storage space due to the entertainment equipment that may be stored here.
The seats 7ABC have no floor storage during take-off and landing. Other passengers tend to gather in this area in order to visit lavatories causing some discomfort to passengers of these seats.
The seats 8DEF are good seats as passengers of these seats may take advantage of extra legroom thanks to the cutout in the bulkhead. But these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.
The seats 11A and 11F have no windows.
Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 8th row do not recline.
The seats of the 20th row are located between two exit rows. That is why passengers of these seats will have some extra space for their legs but on the other hand these seats do not recline.
The seat 21A has extra legroom thanks to the exit row located in front. But as the window armrests is built-in the exit door, passengers may get cold during the flight. Also there is no overhead storage for this seat.
The other seats of the 21st row are considered good seats as they have extra space for passengers’ legs but do not have overhead storage space.
Economy class consists of 18 rows of seats that have 3-3 configuration. All these seats are standard.
Proximity of the lavatories may be bothersome for passengers of the seats 38CD and 39CD.
The seats of the last 40th row are considered bad seats as they may be less reclining or not reclining at all. Close location of the galleys and lavatories may also represent a problem.

This version has Premium Service configuration.
Business First class includes 7 rows of seats that have 2-2 configuration. These seats are divided into 2 sections. First section has 4 rows of seats. The seats 1AB have such a disadvantage as proximity of the galleys the light from which may cause discomfort to passengers when trying to fall asleep.
Close location of the lavatory may represent a problem for passengers of the seat 4E.
Second section of Business First class consists of 3 rows of seats per 4 in each. Proximity of the galleys may be bothersome for passengers of the seats 5AB.
The seats 6A, 6F and 7A have misaligned windows.
Behind Business First class is located one row of Economy class, the 20th row. The seats of the 20th row have less space for passengers’ legs because of the bulkhead position and are not reclining due to the exit row located behind.
The seats of the Economy Plus class are located behind exit row. There are 7 rows here per 6 in each. All these seats are standard. The best seats are the seats of 21st row. These seats have extra legroom thanks to the exit row located in front. However, the cushion of these seats is half thinner than of other standard seats on the airplane.
The last 11 rows in the airplane are the rows of Economy class. There are totally 66 seats here.
Close location of the lavatories may represent a problem to passengers of the seats 37C and 37D and for passengers of the seats of the last 38th row. Also, these seats don’t have overhead bins.

Domestic cabin version of the Boeing 757-200 (752) V1 Domestic
First version of Boeing 757-200 operated by United Airlines is the most common and is used during domestic routes.
This airplane has seats divided in three classes.
Business first class consists of 6 rows of reclining seats that have 2-2 configuration. All these seats are standard, only the seats of the 1st row have such a disadvantage as limited space for passengers’ legs.
The seats of the Economy Plus class are located behind emergency exit and have 3-3 configuration. Only the 7th row has 2 seats. The seats 7D and 7E are less reclining, their close location to the galley and lavatory may cause discomfort as well. In addition the seat 7E doesn’t have a window.
The only disadvantage of the seats 8ABC is that other passengers tend to gather in this area in order to visit lavatories and as a result additional noise.
Passenger of the seat 8F will feel discomfort because of restricted legroom due to the exit door protrusion. As the tray table is in the armrest, the width of this seat is reduced a little.
The seats 11A, 11F as well as the seats 12A and 12F are missing windows.
The seats of the 14th row have limited recline as behind them exit row is located.
The seats of the 20th row may have limited recline or be not reclining at all as well because of the exit row in back. But exit door that is located in front, on the contrary provided extra legroom.
The best seats on this airplane are the seats of the 21st row as passengers of these seats will be able to take advantage of extra space for their legs making their flight more comfortable.
Economy class may accommodate 108 passengers in 18 rows.
All C, D and E seats of the economy class have restricted under seat storage space and legroom because of the entertainment equipment that is stored here.
Lavatories that are located in the end of the airplane may cause discomfort to passengers of the seats 38CD, 39CD and for passengers of the last 40th row.

In the first cabin version of the Boeing 757-200 (economy plus rows 7-21), you say “Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 8th row do not recline.” However, I don’t see an exit row behind row 8. Further, your seating diagram does not show this row in a problem color (like “mixed” or “blocked”), nor does the United seat diagram show that row as having any issue (it labels all row 8 seats as “extra legroom” as opposed to, for instance, row 20, which notes the extra legroom but also says “limited/no recline”). Can you explain this discrepancy? Do row 8 seats NOT recline per your statement, or DO they recline per your and United’s seating diagrams? Thanks.
