In the first cabin version of the Boeing 757-200 (economy plus rows 7-21), you say "Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 8th row do not recline." However, I don't see an exit row behind row 8. Further, your seating diagram does not show this row in a problem color (like "mixed" or "blocked"), nor does the United seat diagram show that row as having any issue (it labels all row 8 seats as "extra legroom" as opposed to, for instance, row 20, which notes the extra legroom but also says "limited/no recline"). Can you explain this discrepancy? Do row 8 seats NOT recline per your statement, or DO they recline per your and United's seating diagrams? Thanks.

The 737-800 is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. A handicapped individual cannot transfer into any of the bulk head 1st seats because they have fixed armrests which do not allow the passenger to transfer from their wheelchair to the seat. The first row of seats are the only seats that a passenger who is paralyzed can reach from their wheelchair with a transfer board. But the fixed armrest and narrow seats make this impossible. The only choice is for two untrained SWA personnel to pick the passenger up and try to place them in a seat and try not to injure them. Once in the seat, the passenger cannot move at all to re position themselves by lifting with their arms because the seat is too narrow. The fixed armrests are so hard that it is very comfortable to even rest your arm on them. This must be changed to continue to service the passengers who are handicapped. What is SWA going to do about this? Does the Americans with disabilities need to get involved to make sure that SWA and their Boeing 737-800 airplanes become accessible?
