Awful impressions! I had a trip for the first time from Sydney, Australia to Toronto, the flight was delayed for one hour, stewardesses are middle aged, during the transfer in Vancouver we had to take our luggage and carry it from one flight to another! The food was not much to look at but in whole this flight was so-so! The next time I have flown on their route from Seoul to Toronto with transfer in Tokyo. In Tokyo from Seoul I used United - don't have any issues to them! In Tokyo the flight to Toronto was delayed for 3 hours and continued to promise departure after three hours of waiting and the flight hasn't took place! I had an important meeting the next day in Toronto and had to cancel it cause I've stuck in Tokyo for 23 hours! Thanks for giving me Hilton and voucher for next two flights with 25 per cent discount which I haven't used as didn't want to have anything with them! Conclusion: you may flight if you have enough time for permanent delays.
