Had trips with them from Seattle to Anchorage and from Seattle to New York. I have remained satisfied with their service. Fly attendants are very professional, offer coffee during entire flight. Will use their service in case of necessity. They have also solved my problem when I missed connected flight from Seattle to Anchorage because of late arrival of the plane from Seoul. I was given three boarding passes on three flights. This does impress, because it allowed me to fly to my destination for sure.
