Had a trip with Alitalia from...

Had a trip with Alitalia from Rome to Catania. On arrival my suitcase and suitcases of 16 more people appeared to be lost... 17 suitcases were lost!!!!!! I filed a report, in few days I've got message that my suitcase was found and I should wait for courier! I've waiting him 24 hours, nobody came and I went to representative office of the company, nobody knew anything, only after two hours the courier was found, the suitcase was returned to me but with a lot of missing things of mine... Also wanted to write about a bad steward, don't know his name, but he was very rude with passengers while serving beverages. As the word is the bad taste still lingers. Will not fly with this company anymore.
