Flown on March 20th 2018...
Flown on March 20th 2018 Rome-Amsterdam. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes but we arrived in time. Online registration didn't work and has to come to the airport earlier. The aircraft was in perfect condition, flight stewards are polite, stewardesses are pretty. Charming CPT, often commented something during the flight. I haven't registered luggage and nobody has measured and weighted my hand-luggage. Food service is likely the most simple for entire history of my flights: tiny cookie and beverage at choice (my flight was on 9 a.m.). On the whole normal airline company nothing criminal of described below haven't noticed.Свернуть

Had a trip with Alitalia from...
Had a trip with Alitalia from Rome to Catania. On arrival my suitcase and suitcases of 16 more people appeared to be lost... 17 suitcases were lost!!!!!! I filed a report, in few days I've got message that my suitcase was found and I should wait for courier! I've waiting him 24 hours, nobody came and I went to representative office of the company, nobody knew anything, only after two hours the courier was found, the suitcase was returned to me but with a lot of missing things of mine... Also wanted to write about a bad steward, don't know his name, but he was very rude with passengers while serving beverages. As the word is the bad taste still lingers. Will not fly with this company anymore.Свернуть
