Have flown spring from Milano to Paris and back. For a low cost company everything is excellent. Don't understand people who boil over the baggage, food and the key point VISA CHECKING. Cause they have bought tickets for 20 euro. I liked automation, for example lack of registration itself and just presence of QR code on the phone. Advice for passengers with suitcases and big bags in hand luggage : hurry to take plane on the shelf (come for boarding earlier) cause people are travelling mainly with hand-luggage. You will be lucky if you find place in another end of the airplane. Generally they have everything necessary for such money.
