Have flown spring from Milano to Paris and back. For a low cost company everything is excellent. Don't understand people who boil over the baggage, food and the key point VISA CHECKING. Cause they have bought tickets for 20 euro. I liked automation, for example lack of registration itself and just presence of QR code on the phone. Advice for passengers with suitcases and big bags in hand luggage : hurry to take plane on the shelf (come for boarding earlier) cause people are travelling mainly with hand-luggage. Have travelled with Easy a lot of times (London, Roma, Venice, Paris and so on). Always on a higher level. No problems with web-site and luggage. Everything is written very popular. I like that in iphone's application I can always find information about my booking! Everything is great! New, clean and roomy aircrafts! Attentive stewards and stewardesses! That's the spirit!
