Seat map of the Boeing 717-200 (717)
This airplane may transport 123 passengers: 8 in the first class and 115 in the economy class.
The seats of the first class are located in two rows per 4 in each. Passengers of the seats 1AB and 1EF will take advantage of extra legroom for their legs. These seats may have no floor storage during take-off and landing. The seat 1A is considered good seat. The seats 1B and 1EF are located close to the galley and lavatory that may cause discomfort.
Economy class consists of 23 rows of seats that have 2-3 configuration.
The seats of the 4th row are considered good seats as they offer extra legroom. However, as the tray tables are in the armrests the width of these seats is reduced a little. Also these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing. These seats are first reserved for disabled persons.
Because of the exit row located behind, the seats of the 15th row are less reclining or not reclining at all.
As the seats of the 16th row are located between two exit rows passengers of these seats on the one hand will take advantage of extra legroom but on the other hand these seats have limited recline. As the seats located in front do not recline, passengers of the seats 16AB and 16DEF will have more space. Among other disadvantages: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing and reduced width as the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable.
The only disadvantage of the seats 19A and 19F are misaligned windows.
The seats 25A and 25F are quite noisy as they are located near the engines that also block the view out of windows.
The seats of the last 26th row are considered bad seats as they are less reclining than standard, have no windows, located close to the engines. Proximity of the lavatories is another disadvantage.
