Thomas Cook Airlines (Group) is Britain airline company that performs both charter a regular flights from Great Britain, Scandinavian (Denmark, Sweden), Finland, Germany and Spain airports.
Headquarters are located in Manchester, England. Thomas Cook Airlines Group consists of Thomas Cook Airlines UK (Great Britain), Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia (Denmark), Thomas Cook Airlines Balearics (Spain) and Condor (Germany).
The basic airline company was formed in 1999 under the name JMC as result of the merging of Airline Companies Flying Colors and Caledonian Airways. On March 31st 2003 JMC made re-branding and changed the name to Thomas Cook AG.
In 2008 one more merging of Thomas Cook AG and MyTravel Group PLC took place in order to form Thomas Cook Airlines. Renewed airline company began work to summer season 2008 with the fleet of the airplanes Airbus A320, A321 and A330 and also started gradual rejection of Boeing 757-200, -300 and 767-300ER.
In 2013 all subsidiary companies of Thomas Cook Airlines in Great Britain, Denmark, Belgium, Spain and Germany joined the one operational segment Thomas Cook Group.
