Helsinki airport got prestigious reward: “Best Airport in Northern Europe”. Part 2
From June 2022 in Helsinki airport all services will be combined in one terminal: check-in of the passenger, safety control and luggage claim. Also, passengers will be able to go to train station, parking or bus station without going outside.

Our almost 10-years development program comes to end. Works in Helsinki airport will be finished next year when new baggage claim terminal will be introduced into service”, – director of Helsinki airport Ulla Lettijeff said.
Helsinki airport was opened before Olympic games in Helsinki 70 years ago. Passenger terminal in Helsinki airport was opened in 1969 and then was expanded in 1983.
