Airport of registration is Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Athens. Additional hub is Macedonia airport in city of Salonika.
In 2010 took place merge with main competitor of the Aegean Airlines – Olympic Air.
Aegean Airlines is full-fledged member of the biggest aviation alliance – Star Alliance. Annual passenger turnover is about 6-7 million people with annual increase of 10%.
Route network of “Aegean Airlines” connects 15 cities inside Greece and 41 cities outside the country. During summer vacation additional flights are opened to popular Greek resorts.
