HORRIBLE SAFETY and COMFORT

The flight was horrible. They had passengers pack like sardines. The seats are so close that you have no room to get your bag under the seat without laying in the passengers lap next to you. There is no real consideration about the safety of passengers during this pandemic with social distancing but they did require a mask. Think about how safe it was when the masks were down during their snack time. My family and I will NEVER EVER fly with American Airlines again even when this pandemic is over.
