Passengers may choose from two classes: business and economy.
First 4 rows of seats are business class seats. These seats have 2-2 configuration. The seats of the 1st row are located at the bulkhead. These seats have some disadvantages: lack of floor storage during take-off and landing, location of the entertainment display on the bulkhead and noise from the galley and lavatory located in front.
Economy class may accommodate 153 passengers. The seats of the rows 12-20 are designated by Air Canada as Preferred seats. These seats offer extra space for passengers’ legs and priority boarding.
However, even some of the preferred seats have disadvantages. So, the seats of the 12th row have the following disadvantages: limited legroom, reduced width, no floor storage during take-off and landing. In addition, the seats 12A and 12F have no windows, that is why these seats are considered bad seats as well as the seat 16A.
The only disadvantage of the seats 17A and 17F is misaligned window.
Due to the exit row located behind the seats of the 18th row have limited recline.
The seats of the 19th row are located between two exit rows. That is why passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to the additional legroom but limited recline because of the exit row located behind may be bothersome.
The best seats of the economy class are the seats of the 20th row because these seats offer extra legroom to passengers.
Location of the galleys and lavatories behind may cause discomfort to passengers of the seats 36C, 36DEF and 37ABC.
Limited recline, reduced personal space when the seats in front are reclined make the seats 36DEF and 37ABC bad seats.
