El Al operates 3 versions of Boeing 767-300.

First version of Boeing 767-300 is the most common.

This airplane may accommodate 218 passengers in three classes: business, economy plus and economy.

Business class consists of 22 angle-flat seats that have 170 degree recline. For passengers with babies the seats of the 10th row offer bassinets. These seat have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The seats of the rows 21-24 represent seats of economy plus seats. Thanks to position of the bulkhead the seats of the 21st row have extra space for passengers’ legs. However, as the tray tables are in the armrests the width of these seats is reduced a little. Lack of floor storage during take-off and landing is another disadvantage of these seats.

Economy class has 168 standard seats. Most of these seats have 2-3-2 configuration.

The main disadvantages of the seats 26DFG, 27AC and 27HK are: limited recline and location of the lavatories behind.

Due to the exit row in front the seats 45AC, 45HK and 46DFG have extra legroom. But due to another exit row located behind these seats are not reclining. Other passengers tend to congregate in the area of these seats while waiting to use lavatories and causing discomfort to passengers of these seats. Also these seats are narrower than standard and have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The best seats on the airplane are considered the seats 46AC and 46HK. Passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to extra legroom. But as the tray tables are built-in the armrests, the width of these seats is slightly reduced. These seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The noise from the galleys and lavatories located nearby may represent a problem for passengers of the seats 66DFG.

Close location of the galleys and lavatories as well as no recline make the seats 65AC, 65HK and 67DFG bad seats.

This version of Boeing 767-300 consists of 215 seats divided into three classes: business, economy plus and economy and is mainly used during medium and long-haul flights.

First 4 rows of seats represent seats of business class. These seats have 2-2-2 configuration. The noise from galleys and lavatories will cause discomfort to passengers of the seats of the 10th and 14th row.

The main disadvantage of the seats 57D and 57G is location of the galleys and lavatories behind.

Limited recline and proximity of the galleys and lavatories make the seats 56AC, 56HK and 58DFG bad seats.

This version may transport 228 passengers.

Also, the seats 45AC and 45HK are narrower than standard as the tray tables are built-in the armrests making them immovable. For passengers with babies the seats 46DFG offer bassinet locations.

The seats 46AC and 46HK are considered the best seats of the economy class as these seats have extra space for passengers’ legs . However, as the tray tables are in the armrests the width of these seats is reduced a little and there is no floor storage during take-off and landing.

Other passengers tend to congregate in the area of the seats 65AC, 66D, 66G, 66HK and 67DFG in order to visit lavatories thus causing discomfort to passengers of these seats. In addition the seats 65AC, 66HJ and 67DFG are less reclining than standard that is why these seats are considered bad seats.
