The cabin version of the Boeing 737-500 operated by Lufthansa may accommodate 100 passengers in 2 classes: business class and economy class.

Business class may transport 30 passengers. The seats in business class are located in 8 rows. All middle seats in the Business class, i.e. all B and E seats are blocked and not sold.

The seats 1AC and 2DF are narrower than standard as the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable. Also these seats have no floor storage during takeoff and landing. Close location of the galley may represent a problem to passengers of these seats.

The seats 6A and 6F have no windows.

Economy class includes 70 seats. The seats of the 9th row have limited recline or are not reclining at all as there is an exit row behind.

Passengers of the seats of 10th row will take advantage of extra legroom as they are located behind the emergency exit. These seats are considered good seats.

As there are no seats in front the seats 11A and 11F have extra space for passengers’ legs. However, the width of these seats is reduced a little and there is no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The seats of the 23rd row are considered bad seats as they are less reclining or not reclining at all, proximity of the galleys and lavatories may be botehrsome.
