This airplane offer seats of two classes: first (clase premier) and economy class.

First class may accommodate 49 passengers on angler-flat seats that have 170 degree recline. These seats are divided into two sections.

First section of the first class consists of 5 rows of seats that have 2-3-2 configuration. The seats of the 1st row are considered the best seats of the first class because passengers of these seats will feel comfortable thanks to extra space for their legs. However, these seats have no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The only disadvantage of the seats 5C, 5DEF and 5G is location of the galleys behind.

Second section of the first class seats has two rows of seats that have 2-3-2 configuration as well. Due to the bulkhead located in front the seats of the 6th row have less legroom. Location of the galley and lavatories in front is another disadvantage of these seats.

The seats of the first class are separated from the seats of the economy class with a bulkhead. Aeromexico designates the seats of the 8th row as AM Plus seats because these seats offer 4 extra inches of the legroom and additional fee must be paid to book these seats. Among disadvantages of these seats: reduced width because the tray tables are in the armrests making them immovable and lack of floor storage during take-off and landing. Also the seats 8A and 8J have no windows.

All A, D and J seats of the economy class have limited legroom because of entertainment equipment located under these seats.

Missing windows and limited legroom because of the entertainment equipment stored under the seats 14A, 14J, 15A and 15J make these seats bad seats.

The seats 21AB and 21HJ are less reclining than standard and the noise from the lavatories located behind may cause discomfort to passengers of these seats and of the seats 21C, 21D, 21F and 21G. Due to missing seats behind the seats 21C and 21G are often bumped by other passengers passing by.

The main disadvantages of the seats 22DEF are: limited recline and noise from the lavatories located behind.

Behind the exit row the second section of economy class seats is located.

Passengers of the seats 23ABC, 23GHJ and 24DEF will feel comfortable thank to extra legroom. Aeromexico designates these seats as Preferred seats to choose which an extra fee must be paid. Among disadvantages of these seats: location of the lavatory and galley in front, reduced width and no floor storage during take-off and landing.

The only disadvantage of the seats 34D and 34F is close location of the lavatory and galley.

Because of the limited recline, noise from the galley and lavatory located behind the seats 34ABC, 34GHJ and 35DEF these seats are considered bad seats.
